Business Analyst / Management Analyst:

 Key Responsibilities:

·         Communicate with business stake holders to gather business requirements.

·         Communicate business requirements to developers to code technical solutions and provide technical solutions to the teams and assist developers in coding requirements.

·         Create and maintain technical documentation, guidelines and procedures.

Computer Network Architect:

 Description:

Develop, plan, design, characterize, and analyze enterprise network architecture for various government sponsors. Lead and contribute technically to Enterprise Architecture and wireless projects involving high-level sponsor engagement. Analyze performance, capacity, and network loading for enterprise networks. Propose and execute independent research and development activities to explore new enterprise level networking concepts. Typical tasks include IP, VoIP, SoIP and wireless network architecture design.

 Responsibilities:

·         Lead teams responsible for the design of enterprise network architecture that provide government services and capabilities, including wireless infrastructure.

·         Participate on multi-discipline teams to architect, specify, and implement system of systems network capabilities for IP and data networks.

·         Analyze enterprise network performance and wireless services for government initiatives.

·         Adjust network sizes to meet volume or capacity demands.

·         Communicate with system users to ensure accounts are set up properly or to diagnose and solve operational problems.

·         Coordinate network operations, maintenance, repairs, or upgrades.

·         Coordinate network or design activities with designers of associated networks.

·         Design, build, or operate equipment configuration prototypes, including network hardware, software, servers, or server operation systems.

·         Design, organize, and deliver product awareness, skills transfer, or product education sessions for staff or suppliers.

 

Qualification:

 

·         BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering ,Computer Science, or Information Systems, or related technical field.

·         Or, 3 year’s professional level experience in the design and development of networks services and capabilities.

·         Or, BS or MS degree in Pharma, Insurance, Health Care, Life Sciences, Environmental engineering with expertise in Computer programming or certification in MS technologies, or other relevant technologies, or Certifies knowledge in programming.

·         Or, 3 years expertise as Computer Systems Analyst in with any field of study with Bachelors degree.

 

Systems Analyst:

 

·         Translate high level objectives provided by Product Management and external clients into testable, measurable functional specifications.

·         Research and document functional requirements, integrating multiple sources.

·         Develop use cases, demonstrating how each class of user interacts with each system function.

·         Ensure application interfaces address human factor design considerations.

·         Understanding of relational database models for business applications.

·         Ability to plan, organize, schedule, and manage personal work and small projects.

·         Strong problem solving, decision-making, action oriented and analytical abilities.

·         Possess good written and oral communication skills.

·         Possess ability to collaborate effectively with a wide array of people on many different levels of the organization.

·         Possess a strong knowledge of IT processes, and software development methodologies and best practices.

·         Understanding of dimensional database models for data warehousing and reporting.

 

Qualification:

ORACLE PL/SQL Developer:

 

A PL\SQL Developer is responsible for the analysis, design, development, maintenance and support of software applications, development of key infrastructure and/or architectural components and processes.

 

Responsibilities:

 

·         3 years in Oracle database development. With strong experience in optimizing physical design based on used cases and usage patterns.

·         Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, SQL editors, Triggers, Collections, Objects, Packages, Functions, Procedures, and optimization of SQL statements.

·         Define and document design and functional specifications.

·         Proven experience in implementing code that performs well in a high volume environment.

·         Ability to multi-task and provide technical support to other developers.

·         Clear understanding of relational and dimensional data models, star schema data structures, and database de-normalization.

·         Excellent skills in writing maintaining, testing and debugging code in applicable programming languages.

·         Experience with shell scripting and UNIX experience.

·         Strong experience in Oracle 9i, 10g, 11i with strong expertise in Oracle.

Duties/Responsibilities:

·         Contribute to the design of data models and architecture for use by Business Intelligence and reporting tools.

·         Design and develop data transformation and loading processes for the population and ongoing management of the data models and architecture.

·         Developing detailed knowledge of data structures and meanings from data sources.

·         Performing QC and verification of data according to specified criteria. Take the initiative in managing data problems/exceptions.

·         Define and implement rules-based derived fields.
